Sessions
A variety of sessions are offered to suit a wide range of ages and abilities: private 121 sessions, groups sessions or simply gym hire.
Whether you are simply looking introduce more exercise into your life or training for a specific event I can help you achieve your aspirations. Most importantly I am here to support your exercise journey. If you are unsure of which session might be most suitable or you would like help in designing your own sessions please email me directly.
One-on-one sessions are available to book on their own or in conjunction with one of the Nurture programmes. Sessions can be booked individually or as a block of 10 where one will then be given free of charge.

1-2-1 Sessions
• Personalised sessions can include: Outdoor Aerobic Walk/ Run training, HIIT, Gym Training or Pilates,
Starting at Nurture (NN6 7BG) or a location of your choice.
• Mileage to your location charged at £1 per mile.
• Personalised warm up, workout and cool down.

Group Sessions
• Group warm up and cool down.
• Choose from HIIT, Pilates, or Circuits sessions.
• Join an existing group, or gather friends or family into a ‘private’ group session.
• Maximum of 10 people.
• Sessions at Nurture (NN6 7BG) or a location of your choice.
• Mileage to your location charged at £1 per mile.

Hire of Nurture Gym
• At Nurture (NN6 7BG)
• Choice of weights, treadmill, rowing machine and bike.
• For personal use only at £10 per hour

Session Details
Individual and group sessions are available to book on their own or in conjunction with one of the Nurture programmes.

Group Sessions are booked and paid for in advance for a 6 week block.
A 10% discount is offered on all sessions to clients who are currently booked on a Nurture Exercise or Nutrition Programme.
