Mindfulness In The Trees

The first date in the diary for Nurture Retreats has just been released, Mindfulness In The Trees with myself and Jenny-Ann Topham of Holistic Hands and Sound.

This is a day in nature to learn how to reset your chattering mind and bring some beneficial tiny habits and mindfulness into your life.

From mindful eating to a simple sitting and breathing meditation, Jenny-Ann will guide you through this and expel a few myths.

Using the Tiny Habits approach I will offer a practical framework to help you design your own new mindful habits so that they are easy, sustainable and fun to do.

At the end of the day you can switch off completely as the healing sounds of Jenny-Ann’s singing bowls and gongs wash over you and return you to a healthy vibration.

This is the perfect way to welcome mental, physical and emotional well-being and offers not only a relaxing day out but also equips you with the skills to continue to practice mindfulness in a way that is practical and meaningful to you.
