These are not simple prescriptions of what to do, when. They are bespoke programmes based on empathy and the understanding of individual needs and aspirations.

Nurture: Inspire and Enquire
A 40 minute introduction for those who would like to get a feel for Nurture’s approach before committing to a full programme or block of sessions.
Explanation and demonstration of the equipment in the Nurture gym space (NN6 7BG),

A personalised gym based exercise session using cardio machines, free weights and body weight as applicable,

A run/walk session in the surrounding countryside.

Written review after session.
Personalised exercise programme tailored to your needs and designed to give variation and progression over the 6 weeks.
Personalised nutrition and health promoting lifestyle recommendations.
Induction session to explain and demonstrate the equipment in the Nurture gym (NN6 7BG).
Free personal use of the Nurture gym (West Haddon) on a pre-bookable basis for the 6 weeks.

COVID-19 Update:
The following two programmes were designed to coincide with Nurture’s sponsorship of the new Winwick Hall Charity Trail Running Event on 21st June.
Although this has sadly been postponed due to COVID-19 they are still relevant and useful for anyone wanting to start running outdoors and off the tarmac.
Even with no specific event to aim for at the end of the programme, this is an ideal way to gradually build running into your life in a safe and enjoyable way.
Nurture Snail to 5 or 13K Trail: The Personalised Programmes
A bespoke 12 week, 1-on-1 exercise and nutrition programme designed to help those new to running achieve an exciting new goal.
60 minute “walk and talk” welcome session to chat about your goals, past or present health and wellbeing problems and barriers to exercise.
A personalised exercise programme provided once a week for 12 weeks to build the strength and fitness required to complete a 5 or 13km trail run.
1 guided walk/run with myself each week from your home (if within 5 miles of NN6 7BG) or from Nurture gym.
Nutrition advice on how to correctly fuel your body with 3 new recipe suggestions to try each week.
Free personal use of the Nurture gym (NN6 7BG) on a pre-bookable basis for the 12 weeks.
