Nurture Retreats

I’m super excited to announce the first event to be hosted by Nurture Retreats will be a Yoga and Wellbeing Day on Saturday 14th August 2021.

I am delighted to be co-hosting the event with my great friend and all time favourite yogi, Pamela Deal.

Together we have crafted four hours of yoga, relaxation and wellness coaching set in a tranquil woodland space.

Interactive discussion on designing your best life – how to plant positive habits for lasting health and happiness led by Alice Sheldon, Certified Tiny Habits Coach.

Q and A and reflections, led by Alice Sheldon and Pamela Deal.


Refreshments:

Hot and cold drinks, home cooked healthy snacks and two course plant based lunch/dinner served at the onsite Stable Cafe.

About Pamela Deal:

Pamela is an experienced Yoga teacher, who has been teaching for 15 years.  Following the Hatha Yoga lineage, she has trained with world renowned teachers such as Peter Blackaby (author of ‘Intelligent Yoga’), Alistair Shearer (Yoga Sutras), and Philip Xerri (Classical Pranayama).

As well as holding the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma (2006), she is qualified to teach Yoga to Children & Teens, Yoga for Stress & Anxiety, and Yoga for Sport.

More recently Pamela has trained in Trauma Informed Yoga, to complement her Therapeutic Yoga practice with residents at a local rehabilitation clinic.

Through her own practice Pamela has learnt about the transformative power of Yoga, and draws on ancient and modern Yoga techniques to teach nourishing classes to support the body and mind.
